  1. Cuci bersih ayam.sisihkan.
  2. Haluskan duo bawang & cabe,tumis sampai wangi,masukkan ayam.
  3. Masukkan kecap asin,kecap manis,minyak wijen,bumbu ngohiong,garam,gula,lada bubuk. Aduk rata. Beri air secukupnya. Masak sampai ayam matang dan air menyusut.
