- Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri air jeruk nipis+garam.. cuci kembali.
- Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, sereh, daun kunyit, sampai harum lalu masukan ayam, masukan garam, gula, kaldu.
- Setelah itu masukan santan, icip2 rasa tunggu smpai kuah menyusut, lalu diangkat.
- Panggang ayam sambil diolesi dengan sisa bumbu.
