1. Prepare 600 gr of ayam.
2. You need of 🥥 bumbu halus :.
3. Prepare 1 buah of kemiri.
4. Prepare 3 siung of bawang putih.
5. Prepare 5 siung of bawang merah.
6. You need 15 buah of cabai rawit.
7. You need of ± 2cm kunyit.

1. Siapkan bahan.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan ayam, aduk rata biarkan ± 2 - 3mnt, tambahkan air.
3. Masukkan kecap, penyedap, gula & lada, aduk jgn lupa tes rasa. Biarkan hingga kuah mengental.
4. Sebelum di angkat, masukkan bawang bombai. Aduk rata, matikan api.
5. Angkat & siap disajikan.
