- Potong ayam jadi kecil2, sisihkan.
- Blender bumbu yang dihaluskan. Lalu campur dengan bumbu lainnya.
- Tuang bumbu ke ayam, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Simpan di kulkas minimal 1 jam.
- Panggang di oven suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 30 menit.
