- Bersihkan ayam, tusuk2 dengan garpu, kucuri jeruk nipis, garam, diamkan 30 menitan.
- Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, serai.. tumis sampai bumbu matang.
- Tuang santan, masukkan lakanto, garam, kaldu bubuk, cuka apel, aduk2 sampai mendidih, tes rasa dulu baru masukkan ayam.
- Ungkep ayam, jangan sering dibalik2 biar ayam ga hancur.
- Kalau ayam sudah matang dan bumbu sudah susut, panggang ayam di bakaran / teflon / happy call.. kalau pakai oven, panggang 40 menit dengan suhu 200°c.. jangan lupa oleskan bumbunya juga saat memanggang.
