  7. Prepare 1 1/2 sdm of (22 1/2 gr/ml) kecap asin (bisa diganti garam sckpnya).
  8. You need of 🌠 Tepung Pelapis :.
  9. You need 5 sdm of (secukupnya) Tepung Tapioka (sy : cap pak tani gunung).
  10. It's 1 sdt (5 gr) of bumbu Ngohiong.
  11. You need 1/2 sdt of kaldu bubuk (jamur/ayam).

  1. Cuci bersih ayam, beri perasan air jeruk nipis, remas2, diamkan 15mnt, bilas bersih kembali, tiriskan. Lap2 dgn tissue, kmdn potong pipih, pukul2 dikit dgn pemukul daging/ulegan. Jgn sampai hancur daging ayamnya..
  2. Siapkan mangkok, campur semua bumbu marinasi hingga rata..
  3. Masukkan ayam ke dalam mangkok, aduk rata. Marinasi bbrp saat. Smkn lama dimarinasi smkn meresap bumbunya. Sy biasa marinasi semalaman, simpan kulkas..
  4. Siapkan piring/wadah, campur semua bumbu pelapis..
  5. Ambil ayam yg sdh dimarinasi, gulingkan diatas tepung pelapis hingga merata.
  6. Goreng ayam hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan..
  7. Potong2 ayam (dgn pisau / gunting), siap disajikan 😉.
  8. Note : 🎆 utk taburan yg original : bumbu Ngohiong + gula pasir halus + garam, aduk rata. 🎆 utk taburan pedas : bubuk cabe + garam atau bisa lgsng pake bon cabe.
