1. Cuci bersih sayap ayam tiriskan,Tumis bumbu halus lalu masukkan daun salam,daun jeruk,sereh,lengkuas yg digeprek aduk2 hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ayam yg sudah dicuci bersih lalu beri kecap dan air, Masukkan Royko ayam,Garam,ladaku Aduk2 hingga rata diamkan hingga air menyusut,tes rasa jika sudah cukup bumbu nya dan ayam sdh empuk matikan kompor siap disajikan.
